FAQ
For most users, AI is included after you Sign in to Altus AI. Developers can point the IDE at a local gateway with their own keys during preview builds.
Your plan includes AI usage. Additional capacity may be available via credits or top-up — pricing will be published before general availability.
Editing, terminal, and debugging work offline. AI features require network access to the configured gateway or provider.
When AI is enabled, prompts and relevant workspace context are sent to the LLM provider through the gateway. See our Security and Privacy pages for details.
